Position Overview

 

ANSI is seeking an outstanding Physician Assistant to join our Orthopedic Spine team. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role working closely alongside one of the most respected orthopedic spine surgeons in the region.

 

The ideal candidate is outgoing, positive, clinically strong, and patient-focused, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-location environment. While prior spine experience is welcome, ANSI will provide specialized training in spine care, making this an exceptional opportunity for a motivated PA eager to grow into a highly specialized field.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care in a multi-discipline environment in an orthopedic spine, neurology, and pain management

  • Work side-by-side with a leading orthopedic spine surgeon in clinic and procedural settings

  • Perform patient evaluations, follow-ups, and ongoing treatment management

  • Document thoroughly and accurately in accordance with ANSI standards and GSBWC workers’ compensation requirements

  • Collaborate seamlessly with physicians, clinical staff, case managers, and administrative teams

  • Support continuity of care across multiple ANSI office locations

  • Maintain a professional, compassionate presence that reflects ANSI’s culture of excellence and integrity

 

Qualifications

 

  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program

  • Active Georgia PA license

  • NCCPA certification in good standing

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Positive, energetic personality with a natural ability to connect with others

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment

  • Willingness to travel between Metro Atlanta office locations

  • Experience in orthopedic spine and workers’ compensation care is strongly preferred
