Atlanta Neurological & Spine Institute (ANSI) is one of Atlanta’s most respected spine practices, with over 20 years of experience delivering exceptional patient care. We are seeking two (2) eager, disciplined, and driven Medical Assistants to join our fast-paced, patient-focused team supporting two powerhouse spine surgeons.
Responsibilities:

Room patients, take vitals, document medical history

Prepare charts, assist with procedures, coordinate follow-up care

Manage EMR documentation accurately and efficiently
-
Provide medical administrative support including scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and handling insurance documentation.

Support surgeons and team in delivering excellent patient care
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked clinical environment
-
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care in inpatient and outpatient settings.

Engage with patients to provide exceptional service, addressing their concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
Ideal Candidates:
-
Two (2) Certified/experienced MA's (spine/orthopedic experience a plus)
-
Front office and back office disciplines
-
Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and stellar communication with a focus on teamwork and excellent customer service.

Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency

Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused
-
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, ICD coding, and EMR/EHR (Athena) systems.

Ability to perform clinical tasks such as medication administration, intake assessments, and cohesive patient care management.
